Job summary

Niico is seeking a Support Engineer in a hybrid UK role. You will monitor live automations, investigate issues, and manage client support tickets across UK engagements. This hands-on position offers a path to grow within intelligent automation and AI.

You will work primarily from home with occasional visits to our London office, supporting client deployments nationwide in a role that blends on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Automation Anywhere.
• 1+ year in a technical support role.
• Good understanding of how business apps, databases and networks fit together.
• Strong troubleshooting with a logical, methodical approach.
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with client-facing confidence.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple issues.

Responsibilities

• Live Monitoring: monitor live agents across client environments to ensure everything runs as expected.
• Incident Investigation & Resolution: analyze logs and errors to identify root causes and resolve or escalate.
• Ticket Management: log, prioritise and manage tickets through to resolution within SLAs.
• Platform Housekeeping: perform routine maintenance such as health checks, credential updates, and access requests.
• Change & Release Support: assist with deploying fixes and changes into production with testing.
• Client Communication: act as point of contact for client queries and explain technical issues clearly.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: maintain runbooks and knowledge bases and identify recurring problems.
