Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Executive

Location: Eccles (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Bonuses

Time Recruitment is acting as an agent for a leading personal injury firm in Greater Manchester, currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding Serious Injury team. This highly rated firm is known for giving a voice to underserved communities and fighting for the justice they deserve. The Role

The Personal Injury Litigation Executive will be responsible for managing a caseload of intermediate track and mid-value multi-track PI claims (EL/PL/RTA and selected clinical negligence), typically valued between £25,000 and £250,000. This role will involve:

• Running cases from instruction to settlement or trial
• Assessing liability and quantum, reviewing medical evidence, and applying current case law
• Leading expert conferences and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules
• Securing interim payments and arranging rehabilitation
• Negotiating with insurers and defendant firms to protect client interests
• Using Proclaim effectively and mentoring junior staff
• Collaborating with Marketing on case stories and thought leadership
• Staying up to date with CPR changes, costs reforms, and medico-legal developments

Requirements

• Strong claimant-side experience in intermediate and multi-track PI litigation
• Proven billing performance with exceptional client care
