We are currently hiring within Admiral Law’s Litigation department!

Successful candidates will manage their own caseload of Part litigated RTA claims.

The roles involve handling road traffic accident claims up to £,, representing clients seeking compensation for personal injuries and financial losses as a result of these accidents. The selected candidates will handle a diverse caseload, always prioritising the best interests of our clients and proactively advancing cases towards positive outcomes.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and ensuring that all aspects of injuries and losses are thoroughly explored and addressed. Injuries may vary from general orthopaedic issues to complex investigations and medical reports, often involving multiple medical experts. Investigations into financial losses may require detailed and specialized advice, encompassing employed loss of earnings, self-employed losses and ongoing treatment or care needs, among others.

The Department and Responsibilities

Part :

Claims will involve complex issues of fact or law, drop out from the OIC/MOJ portal (due to complexity or value), LVI or Fraud allegations and applications to transfer files from Part to Part. You will be responsible for running the claim from before limitation up to trial securing a positive outcome for our clients.

Litigation wise, you will be responsible for issuing the Part Claim, serving the claim, and following directions up to and including trial. The role will involve drafting Part Court pleadings, instructions to Counsel and include the drafting of witness statements, applications, and schedules of loss.
