Yolk Recruitment Limited in Newport is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a busy practice covering property litigation, commercial disputes and general civil matters. Hybrid working model.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise clients on dispute resolution, and contribute to the growth of the litigation department towards future leadership or partnership. The role offers genuine partnership prospects and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in litigation.
• Strong experience in property litigation, commercial disputes and/or general civil litigation.
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical, drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client care and business development.
• Ambitious and interested in progressing towards leadership or partnership.

Responsibilities

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of contentious matters for a broad client base, advising both individuals and businesses on a range of complex disputes. Your responsibilities will include:

The Ideal Candidate
