Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a Gloucestershire practice with a long-standing local presence. You will handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes and take ownership of your own matters, under the guidance of an experienced Head of Litigation.

The role offers a broad mix of disputes, opportunities to develop expertise, flexible working, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in civil or commercial litigation.
• Confident in managing a contentious caseload and advising clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, contractual disputes, property disputes, and company/shareholder disputes.
• Advise clients, develop strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients where proceedings are necessary.
