Litigation Solicitor NQ + Cardiff
Group Litigation and Collective Claims

A leading UK-based group litigation team is seeking a motivated lawyer from NQ + to join them at their Top 100 law firm based in Cardiff. The team specialises in high-profile environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis-selling claims. They are involved in prominent High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal cases, as well as major domestic and international actions.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value cases, handling both individual claims and strategic issues that impact large client groups. Responsibilities include document review, witness statement preparation, instructing counsel, and drafting pleadings and correspondence. Regular client interaction, managing queries, and advancing cases toward trial are integral to the position.
