Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive for a Norfolk firm with hybrid working. The role offers an opportunity to lead growth, advise on commercial litigation matters, and manage a caseload while supporting senior colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years PQE in litigation, is commercially astute, and eager to contribute to the team's expansion. Hybrid working is available and professional development is encouraged.

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE in litigation.
• Commercially aware and able to build excellent client relationships.
• Ambitious and keen to contribute to the team's growth.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
• Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues on more complex matters.
