Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment in Essex is seeking a fee earner to join a busy Litigation Department in a Legal 500 firm. You will manage a varied caseload and build your own client base, actively driving growth and contributing to the team's expansion.

You will handle commercial and civil litigation, property disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes, guiding clients from instruction to resolution while keeping well-organised files and ensuring efficient service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with eligibility to practise.
• Proven experience in property disputes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable with litigation tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate, well-organised client files and ensure efficient caseload management.
• Handle a varied and dynamic caseload across litigation including commercial and civil, property disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes.
• Collaborate with clients to guide them through disputes and support resolution.
