LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’+ PQE, KENT, SALARY UP TO £55,000 DOE.

THE ROLE:

The role involves handling a wide range of litigation matters, including:

  1. professional negligence;
  2. breach of privacy and data protection rights;
  3. property disputes;
  4. contentious probate;
  5. employment disputes;
  6. contract disputes;
  7. debt and bankruptcy issues; and
  8. civil liberties infringements, including cases involving unlawful detention by police, hospitals, or care homes.
THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal candidates will:

  1. possess a thorough understanding of the CPR and its application;
  2. have experience managing fast track and multi-track cases to trial;
  3. be capable of managing a diverse caseload; and
  4. be proactive, organized, and possess excellent time management skills.
