The Litigation Solicitor Role:
You will manage your own caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including (but not limited to):

Property litigation

Debt recovery

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

Handling cases from instruction to resolution.

Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Representing clients in court, tribunals, and mediation as required

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor in the UK

Strong technical knowledge of litigation processes
