  • Service charge and dilapidations claims
  • Lease renewals and break clauses
  • Rent review matters
  • Restrictive covenant issues
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Professional negligence claims involving real estate assets
  • Compulsory purchase compensation disputes tied to major infrastructure projects

Many of these matters are handled end-to-end, with early strategic involvement aimed at dispute resolution through pre-action negotiation or mediation. While trial preparation is part of the role, there is a strong emphasis on avoiding litigation where possible, ensuring pragmatic and cost-effective outcomes for clients.

The Ideal Candidate Were Looking For a Solicitor With

  • At least 2 years post-qualification experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to property-related disputes.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A client-centric, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with mediation or other forms of ADR is desirable.
  • The confidence to work both independently and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.

Whats on Offer
