Sacco Mann is currently representing a reputable firm in Scunthorpe seeking to expand their Litigation team due to upcoming succession planning. The role primarily involves handling a variety of litigation cases including contract disputes, commercial disputes, land law disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, land registry disputes, and contentious probate matters. The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 5 years PQE, although exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.

You will manage a diverse caseload, provide clear legal advice, and support clients through potential court proceedings, ensuring positive and efficient resolutions. The firm fosters a supportive and long-standing team environment, with many employees remaining for decades, and promotes a clear progression structure from to senior levels.

The role offers flexible working arrangements-hybrid work being common after a six-month probation-and the opportunity to fully develop within the business.
