Service Care Solutions is working alongside a long-standing and reputable law firm based in Leamington Spa. They are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. In this role, you will represent clients with determination, realism, and common sense throughout the litigation process.

Role: Litigation Solicitor

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a mixed Litigation caseload from start to completion, including negligence claims, financial disputes, land disputes, contracts, inheritance act claims, will disputes, and commercial contract disputes.
• Represent clients at court proceedings.
• Provide expert service to new and existing clients.

Required Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE in litigation law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel for court proceedings when necessary.
