You will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, handling civil and commercial disputes and supporting the Partner on more complex matters.

With over 3+ years PQE, you will demonstrate strong case management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with senior colleagues.

This role is for a Litigation Solicitor based in Nottinghamshire, offered on a full-time, hybrid remote basis with a salary between £45,000 and £60,000 per annum. The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, focusing on civil and commercial disputes. With over three years of post-qualification experience, strong case management skills are essential for this position. The role requires handling contentious issues independently while collaborating with senior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload while working closely with senior members of the department. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of contentious matters, including, civil and commercial litigation, employment disputes, property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters and contentious probate cases.
