Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment seeks a Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its Gloucestershire team. You will manage a varied caseload across contentious probate, contracts, property, TOLATA, company and employment disputes, from instruction to conclusion.

You will lead by example, demonstrate strong leadership, and provide technically sound advice with excellent client-facing communication. A commercially minded, pragmatic approach will help drive business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on litigation matters including: contentious probate, contracts disputes, property disputes, TOLATA, company and shareholder disputes, and employment disputes.

Litigation Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Gloucestershire / £45-55,000 DOE / A well-respected legal firm is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team.

OVERVIEW

• This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload while developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
• During your role there you will work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
• You will also play an active role in the development of the business and client relationship management.
• You will be managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising clients on a variety of litigation matters, including:
  • Contentious probate.
  • Contracts disputes.
  • Property disputes.
  • TOLATA claims.
  • Company and shareholder disputes.
  • Employment disputes.

THE CANDIDATE

• The firm is looking for a Solicitor that has at least 2 years' experience handling litigation matters.
• You should be able to lead by example and demonstrate strong and supportive leadership skills.
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of litigation matters is also required.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
