Role: Employment Law Litigation Solicitor
Location: Manchester City Centre, Manchester.
Salary: Up to £45k (dep on experience) + Company Benefits
My client is a leading provider of Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety advice and consultancy services to small to medium size businesses across the UK.
As part of business growth and huge demand for their services, we are looking for an additional experienced Employment Law Litigation Solicitor to work within the Employment Legal Team, based out of my client’s modern City Centre office building in Manchester.
This is an OFFICE based role.
We are looking for a bright, confident, legally qualified individual, with proven Employment Law experience, to work in a dynamic team covering every aspect of preparing cases for Employment Tribunal hearings.
You’ll be a Qualified Solicitor (or newly Qualified) with recent litigation law experience, and will relish assuming responsibility for a caseload in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
There is a strong emphasis on delivering a high standard of care and service to clients, along with a firm commercial approach. We are looking for someone with good communication skills to be able to provide the level of service required.
Your role will be to assist clients when they receive tribunal claims by assuming conduct of cases, from drafting responses to exchanging witness statements, and conducting preliminary advocacy.
