Litigation Solicitor

A law firm with offices in Dorchester, Dorset require an experienced Litigation Solicitor to work in a busy litigation team providing a comprehensive litigation service to individuals and commercial clients.

The team employs a number of experienced solicitors dealing with a wide range of litigation matters and the successful Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for a caseload dealing with matters such as commercial disputes, contract disputes, negligence, partnership disputes, IT/IP disputes, distribution disputes, debt and contentious probate.

The role will work under the guidance of a Partner but will suit a qualified Solicitor with previous litigation experience and a good understanding of court procedures, litigation and advocacy.

The firm has a strong reputation throughout the South West and enjoys a number of accreditations whilst employing dedicated and loyal employees whilst enabling individuals to develop their careers.

Salary dependent upon experience to £50,000
