About the Role

A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to welcome a Litigation Solicitor to its established team, with the flexibility to be based in either Bath or Wells. The role will involve:

• Running your own varied caseload of civil litigation matters, such as property disputes, contentious probate, and debt recovery.

• Assisting with or managing some commercial litigation files, depending on experience.

• Advising clients directly and representing them in negotiations or hearings.

• Taking an active role in team development and client relationship management.

• Working closely with senior colleagues who are keen to mentor and support your progression.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with around NQ-5 years’ PQE in litigation.

• Have solid experience in civil litigation, with any commercial exposure being a bonus.

• Be personable, ambitious, and eager to build your career in a firm that prioritises its people.
