Litigation Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity in Brighton & Hove!

Are you a skilled and dynamic Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team in a full-time, permanent capacity, with a particular focus on property litigation.

The Role:

This role offers the chance to handle a wide variety of property disputes, primarily for commercial clients, including some high-value and complex cases. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload independently, while also contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing property disputes with confidence and technical precision
2. Acting mainly for commercial clients on a range of cases
3. Working independently and taking ownership of your caseload
4. Collaborating effectively as part of a growing team to drive the department forward

You will:

1. Have over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
2. Possess experience in property litigation (preferred), or a more general litigation background with a desire to specialise in property disputes
3. Be highly organised, self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional client service
4. Exhibit a proactive and business development-focused approach
