Role Overview

The role involves joining the property and liability litigation team, which specializes in property damage, coverage, product liability, and subrogated claims. The primary responsibility is to manage your own caseload and assist more experienced lawyers with complex, high-value cases.

Candidate Profile

The firm is looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Ideally, prior experience in property damage and recoveries work, dealing with issues related to quantum, coverage, liability, and case strategy.
• Alternatively, candidates with a litigation background interested in retraining into this area will be considered, provided they have handled litigated cases and have a demonstrable knowledge of CPR.
• A background in insurance-related work is helpful but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills, as there is frequent interaction with key clients.
