Litigation Solicitor – Belfast

A leading Northern Ireland law firm, recognised for its client-focused approach and expertise in personal injury and road traffic litigation, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Belfast team.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on personal injury and accident claims. The successful candidate will manage files from initial instruction through to resolution, including preparing cases for hearing, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when required.

You’ll work as part of a highly skilled and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2+ years’ PQE (experience in litigation essential)
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• A proactive and organised approach with a commitment to high professional standards
