Litigation Senior Associate/Partner

Location: Liverpool – £75,000 - £85,000

If so, I have the opportunity for you. My client, a Legal 500 firm with an office in Liverpool city centre, is looking for a senior litigation solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE to join their team.

The team specialises in commercial disputes across sectors including sport, media, TMT, and commerce. They have handled high-value cases in the tens of millions and have been featured in headlines over the past 12 months. The head of department promotes a positive working environment, with chargeable hours targets significantly lower than many competitors. The firm has also received multiple awards for work/life balance, diversity, and inclusion.

The caseload will include breach of contract cases, partnership/joint venture disputes, class actions, professional negligence, property disputes, and shareholder issues.
