We at Simpson judge are currently working with a a top 200 UK law firm with a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and client-focused service. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy and friendly litigation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to our litigation solicitors and fee earners
  • Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
  • Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling telephone calls and email enquiries, ensuring excellent client care
  • File management including digital dictation, filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with courts, counsel, experts, and clients as required
  • Assisting with billing, time recording, and other financial processes
About You
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation or dispute resolution
  • Strong typing and digital dictation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Organised, efficient, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
