Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office per week

Salary: £44,000 + Good Benefits including Generous Pension

Our client, a governing body, is seeking a litigation / regulatory paralegal to join their team. The role involves undertaking investigatory and preparatory work for complex Fitness to Practise cases.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Instructing Counsel and experts
  2. Drafting witness statements and allegations
  3. Undertaking legal research
  4. Preparing cases for presentation
  5. Managing and progressing your own caseload

Applicants must have experience in regulatory or litigation work from a governing body or law firm, along with a law degree. Experience managing complex investigations and providing relevant advice is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and analytical skills are also required.
