Job summary

REED in Oxfordshire is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a growing private practice team handling civil, commercial and dispute resolution work. You will support fee earners, prepare court bundles, draft documents and manage case files.

Applicants should have litigation exposure, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a preferred LPC/LLM or equivalent legal qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Dispute Resolution Paralegal.
• Solid understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
• Strong drafting, organisation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• LPC, LLM, law degree or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners on a broad caseload including civil, commercial and dispute resolution work.
• Prepare court bundles, draft legal documents and manage case files.
• Conduct legal research and liaise with clients, counsel and external stakeholders.
• Assist with progression of cases from instruction through to conclusion.
• Manage deadlines, perform due diligence checks and maintain records.
• Provide administrative support to the wider litigation team.
