Job summary

Withers in London is seeking a robust, career-minded Litigation Paralegal to join our team. You will support hearings, manage bundles (electronic and hard copy) and assist with drafting correspondence under the guidance of experienced solicitors.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, requiring a minimum two days in the office each week, with flexibility during busy periods. Ideal candidates will have experience in litigation support, strong research skills, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal is highly desirable.
• Ideal candidates will have secured a training contract commencing in 2027 or beyond.
• Familiarity with document management systems, time recording systems and disclosure review platforms.
• Strong research skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and communication skills and strong academics.

Responsibilities

• Collating bundles for hearings – electronic and hardcopy.
• Assist with preparation for hearings and with drafting correspondence.
• Electronic and hard copy document management and filing.
• Conduct legal and business research and due diligence.
• Draft, review, amend and proofread materials and documents.
• Collaborate with lawyers to prepare fee estimates and pitches.
• Manage litigation filings and large-scale projects including budgeting.
• Set up project plans and monitor timelines.
• Oversee complex billing processes and cost spreadsheets.
• Perform general administrative duties.
