We are excited to support a growing law firm in its search for a litigation paralegal to join the team in Lincoln. This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of litigation paralegal experience who wishes to further develop their skills. The firm offers opportunities to qualify as a solicitor for the right candidate, and values its people highly.
The firm handles contentious landlord and tenant claims for a national client base. The role involves managing a large caseload, assessing the merits of claims, handling disputes, and developing litigation strategies with the support of a qualified solicitor.
Over 12 months of experience as a paralegal in litigation or disputes, including landlord and tenant, debt recovery, or property disputes.
Experience with the Civil Procedure Rules and the litigious process.
Experience managing a large caseload of matters.
