  • Handle high-profile insurance-related disputes, including subrogated recovery claims and commercial litigation.
  • Open to 1–2 years’ PQE candidates, with or without direct experience in insurance litigation, eager to develop expertise.

  • Full-time role with work-life balance, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the firm’s Scottish offices.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

  • Manage high-value Court of Session cases, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and insolvency matters.
  • Requires 4+ years’ PQE at Associate or Partner level, with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation.
