Are you the right person for the job?
- A qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister essential
- A minimum of 3 years PQE desired
- Training and grounding in civil litigation essential
- Knowledge of contentious probate essential
- Knowledge of wills and probate procedures desired
- To assist the partners to build a litigation department from scratch
- To market and generate a sustainable business plan for a viable litigation department within the first 6 months of employment
- To work with the head of private client to maintain contentious probate matters within the business
- To assist the partners with debt management
