Essex Law is a specialist Debt Recovery and Litigation practice based in Clacton-on-Sea, advising businesses and individuals across the country. Traditionally focused on Financial Services, were now expanding into Employment and Property Litigation and we want you to grow with us.

Were looking for a full-time Litigation Lawyer (Solicitors or CILEx qualified) to take ownership of a varied caseload. Youll work on debt recovery, commercial disputes, data protection, consumer credit matters, and more. Experience in property litigation is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases across small claims, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track proceedings
• Provide expert advice to clientsboth individuals and companies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Support junior members of the team through mentoring and guidance
• Contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs
