Litigation Lawyer needed in Walthamstow, £29.38ph PAYE – Reference: OR8995
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our Litigation and Public Law Team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and representation in housing cases, primarily focusing on complex possession cases, Access and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, and Housing Judicial Review. The successful candidate will handle a challenging caseload within a supportive team environment, which includes Lawyers, Senior Lawyers, a Principal Lawyer, and support staff such as legal officers and paralegals.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least three years post-qualification experience, demonstrating expertise in areas such as complex possession, Judicial Review, and injunction work. Advocacy in County Court is also a requirement.
