Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a reputable local authority in London to find a Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.

The Litigation role will last for a minimum of 3 months, but it is highly likely to be extended on a long-term rolling basis. The council is seeking someone who can work on a hybrid basis and attend the office once per week.

The Litigation Lawyer will be expected to have previous experience working for a local authority and will be required to handle a varied caseload of housing and general litigation matters including:

  • Possession
  • Anti-social Behaviour
  • Injunctions
  • Disrepair
  • Adult Social Care - Debt Recovery
  • Prosecutions (desired, not required)
