We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, a multinational consumer goods company, who is looking for a litigation lawyer with product litigation experience, 1-4 PQE+, Litigation lawyer.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing support with general commercial matters.
2. Assisting the Senior Dispute Resolution Counsel in categorising legal disputes and managing them appropriately.
3. Managing material legal disputes, developing DR strategies, and coordinating negotiations and settlements.
4. Supporting strategic decision-making on different categories of legal cases.
5. Tracking cases, updating litigation records, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
6. Drafting materials and delivering training on legal topics.
7. Responding to consumer complaints related to health effects or trends.
8. Advising on product liability and leading responses to product safety issues.
9. Managing e-disclosure processes and working with external counsel.
10. Reviewing external documents from a litigation perspective.
11. Demonstrating experience in product litigation and case management.
12. Working autonomously with a strong legal background and commercial awareness.
13. Exhibiting excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
14. Managing external advisors and working effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
