Job summary

Enoch Evans Solicitors in Walsall is seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join our dispute resolution and commercial litigation team. You will bring practising rights and at least two years' experience to manage a varied caseload.

You will quote and scope work, run files independently, meet client and court deadlines, draft proceedings and instructions to counsel, and contribute to both commercial and residential property litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with Practising Rights and 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in dispute resolution, litigation and court proceedings is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quote and scope legal work for disputes.
• Independently run own files and assist on others when required.
• Manage client and court deadlines.
• Draft legal proceedings and Court documents.

Job description

Opportunity for Litigators to join a highly skilled Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation team who have been recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2026 rankings as being one of the highest regarded Commercial Litigation teams in the West Midlands.

We are looking for a Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with their Practising Rights from at least 2 years of experience to join an existing team at our Walsall office. This is a full time role with our core office hours being Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch. This is also a permanent position, and we can offer the following benefits –
