Our Clinical Negligence Department:

One of the largest in the UK, with over 200 team members handling all forms of clinical negligence, especially high-severity injuries caused by medical mistakes. Our team includes professionals with accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

Candidate Requirements:

• Newly qualified to Grade A Solicitors/Chartered Legal Executives or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases through all stages, including trial.
