Job Title: Litigation Executive - Defendant Motor Injury
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Location: Manchester City Centre (with hybrid working)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handling a litigated defendant motor injury caseload
  • Working on a variety of personal injury related matters, predominately focussing on intermediate-track and multi-track cases
  • Representing leading road and motor insurance companies, focussing on litigation planning, mediation strategy and case resolution.
