Experience

• Proven experience in managing litigation (personal injury/credit hire) cases within a corporate or law firm environment.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful resolution of disputes or settlement negotiations.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to interpret legal issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures applicable to litigation processes.
• Prior experience working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple cases simultaneously is preferred.
