This role combines complex defended litigation with strategic debt and asset recovery, drawing on innovative approaches and deep industry insight to achieve results that go beyond traditional legal advice.

The role

In this position, you'll work on a varied and high-quality caseload, managing matters independently while having the support of an experienced team around you. Your work will include:

• Progressing litigation cases from pre-issue through to enforcement
• Drafting pleadings, evidence, and other court documentation
• Advising clients on strategy and commercial considerations
• Researching and developing creative, effective solutions to complex legal issues

You'll act for a wide range of clients, from financial institutions to commercial enterprises, giving you both variety and the opportunity to build strong, trusted relationships.

The ideal candidate

• You will be a 3+ years' PQE litigation solicitor with a defendant background
• Strong background in consumer credit finance
• Proven experience working with commercial clients
• Skilled communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
