Commercial Litigation Lawyer 7+
Outstanding opportunity for a mid-senior commercial litigation lawyer, or a mid-senior insurance litigation lawyer, or an insolvency lawyer to join an independent litigation and M&A insurance and litigation finance brokerage in London.
This is mostly an office-based role with Fridays spent working from home. Special arrangements will be made for interested candidates outside London's commuter belt with a strong interest and skill set for the role. Such candidates are encouraged to apply, as the company is keen to see a range of candidates.
Operating at the intersection of law, finance, and insurance, you will use your legal, commercial, and analytical skills to assess complex litigation opportunities and prepare proposals for litigation insurance and funding providers.
You will work closely with the Directors in advising law firms, funders, corporate, and individual clients on negotiation, structuring of commercial terms, due diligence, and executing agreements.
