Pure Search are instructed by a leading City-based litigation-only firm who are looking to grow their Group Litigation practice at 1-4PQE.

The Firm:

Our client is a leading litigation firm with one of the leading group action practices in the UK, advising on the funding for a range of innovative claims.

The firm has advised on some of the most noteworthy class actions of the past 20 years and has grown to over 50 lawyers in London. The breadth of their work is extremely broad, advising across competition, cyber, data & privacy, and media, information & communications disputes.

The Role:

You will be exposed to a wide variety of cases but will take a lead role in advising on a large-scale consumer credit dispute on behalf of over 500,000 consumers. This will rank as one of the largest ever group claims in British legal history and is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant changes and developments in the consumer rights space.

You will join a small but established team of partners, senior associates and paralegals. You will be afforded high levels of autonomy from an early stage and take a lead role in case management, with minimal day-to-day partner oversight.

About You:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1-4 years post-qualification litigation experience at a Legal 500 ranked practice. You will be someone who has clear ambitions of working of some of the most newsworthy disputes work in the market and a desire to shape the future legal landscape of the consumer credit space.
