Job description

If you are looking to build your legal career with a focus on recoveries, there really is no better place to do this.

You'll work as part of a dedicated team that's continuing to grow, with an impressive client base including some of the biggest insurers in the market.

It's a busy team, so you'll need to be very organized and methodical in your approach. One of the great aspects of this team is that it's led by someone who is hugely committed to ongoing training and development, and who genuinely wants everyone in the team to excel in their roles.

You'll manage pre- and post-litigation work to recover damages of varying levels arising from road traffic accidents, progressing claims through the Sheriff Court Simple Procedure or Ordinary Cause process.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience, but I am happy to consider candidates from a claims handling and/or debt recovery background who are now looking to change direction. Flexibility, genuine interest, and a desire to learn are key factors for success in this role.
