The firm’s lawyers represent clients (both as claimants and defendants), in leading and high profile cases in the English Courts and other jurisdictions, the so-called ‘mega-trials’. As well as litigating cases to judgment, they are also expert at resolving claims through alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration. The firm also has a strong track record of representing clients in the defence of investigations by national authorities as well as the European Commission in respect of Competition cases (including sector inquiries), as well as managing internal investigations into competition law and bribery/corruption issues.
