A well-established printing company is seeking an experienced Litho Press Operator to join their busy production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, producing high-quality colour print work for a variety of clients.

You’ll work on the night shift 6pm-6am (Week one: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sun, Mon, Tues. Week two: off) on a weekly rotating basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain litho printing presses to produce colour print jobs to specification
  • Prepare and set up presses, including colour matching and paper handling
  • Monitor print quality, adjusting as required
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment
  • Work closely with the production team to meet client expectations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Litho Press Operator, preferably in colour printing (preferably Heidelberg although full training is provided if you’ve gained experience with KBA, Roland, Komori)
  • Strong understanding of lithographic processes and press operation
  • Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
