Qualifications

• Experienced Lithographic Printer with 3 years' experience in a carton print environment.
• Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality printed products according to customer specifications.
• Perform 'make ready' tasks for new jobs and oversee machine maintenance.
• Guide and direct the Printer and Print Assistant on the shift.

JDR are recruiting for a number of Lithographic printers for one of their clients in Crewe CW1 to work on various shift patterns.
In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise on our modern facility machinery, delivering exceptional printed products that meet the unique specifications of our clients diverse clientele.
We are looking for candidates with previous Lithographic experience
This is a direct permanent position with our client
Shift patterns available
1.Nights (Weekdays only) - Monday to Thursday, 8.55am to 6.05pm
2.Nights (Weekends only) - Friday, 6.45pm to 6.45am, Saturday & Sunday, 6pm to 6am.
3.Double days - Monday to Friday, Week 1: 6am to 1.25pm, Week 2: 1.20pm to 9pm

What you'll be doing

• Produce high-quality printed products, adhering to individual customer specifications
• Perform 'make ready' tasks for new jobs, ensuring a seamless transition
• Provide guidance and direction to the Printer and Print Assistant on your shift
• Undertake regular machine maintenance as per the manufacturer's guidelines
• Monitor the quality of printed materials against established colour standards

What we're looking for

• Experienced Lithographic Printer with a minimum of 3 years in a carton print environment
• Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of efficiency, quality, and environmental, health, and safety practices
