An opportunity to take on the pivotal role of Sales Director has arisen within the organisation. They need a self-motivated individual with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record of sales within the printing industry.

The objective of this role will be to shape the future success of the business by motivating our client’s team of 5 salespeople; designing strategic sales plans on a national level; and evaluating their position in the marketplace through trend and competition analysis.

The responsibility for providing direction to the team will require strong business acumen along with excellent communication and people skills. As well as having excellent motivational skills, you will be a good co-operator and persuader. It will be crucial to maintain close, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
