An inclusive and specialist school in West London is seeking an experienced and motivated Literacy Subject Lead to join their middle leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SEN teacher with leadership experience to make a meaningful impact by shaping the delivery of English and Literacy across the school.
As Literacy Subject Lead, you will inspire both students and colleagues by driving high standards in teaching and learning within English and Literacy. You will take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and quality assuring the curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, structured, and accessible for students with a wide range of needs.
The school offers a person-centred curriculum designed for children and young people with severe to complex learning difficulties, communication and sensory processing challenges, and associated behaviours.
