The Liquidity Risk Assurance Manager will support assurance reviews leveraging expertise in Liquidity. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory reporting, liquidity risk management, oversight, or treasury risk more broadly.

In this role, you will:

• Provide expertise, advice, and challenge to stakeholders through retrospective reviews of regulatory reporting and risk management processes.
• Support assurance reviews and deep dives into high-risk liquidity returns and metrics across jurisdictions.
• Challenge stakeholders on risk and control management, including risk ratings, issues, and actions.
• Collaborate with the business to understand and manage emerging risks within risk appetite.
• Work with global teams, especially managing offshore team members through the assurance lifecycle.

To be successful, you should:

• Have expertise in liquidity reporting, risk management, or treasury risk.
• Be experienced in conducting assurance reviews and deep dives into liquidity metrics.
• Be capable of challenging stakeholders on risk and controls.
• Understand the impact of emerging risks and adapt controls accordingly.
• Be skilled in working with both onshore and offshore teams.

This role is based in London / Hybrid.
