Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Product, and Treasury to translate complex data into clear recommendations and drive improvements in forecasting and controls. You will lead end-to-end revenue and NII forecasting, develop models, perform scenario analyses, and deliver executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, treasury, or wholesale banking products.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency with driver-based models and large datasets.
• Experience with BI/tools (Tableau, Alteryx) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work independently.
• Strong communication skills to translate analysis into executive-ready materials.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors such as leading workstreams or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet and revenue forecasting and analytics for Liquidity & Account Solutions; ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Support end-to-end revenue and NII forecasting; model development, assumptions, scenario analysis.
• Run scenario analyses on rates, yield curves, policy changes, balance movements, repricing; synthesize results and recommend actions.
• Prepare monthly P&L variance analysis with bridges vs plan/forecast/year; develop driver commentary.
• Reconcile actuals to source systems and allocation methodologies; maintain traceability.
• Produce recurring executive-ready reporting; ensure metric consistency and narrative alignment with business conditions.
• Coordinate inputs and messaging across Finance, Product, and Treasury; manage timelines and dependencies with minimal oversight.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve data quality and automation in forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain strong control standards across reconciliations, allocations, and model governance.
