As a Product Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions (L&AS), you play a crucial role in supporting the products success, shaping strategy, processes and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. As a valued member of the team, you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our products and customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional partners and by providing expert support to front office stakeholders.
  • Liaise with key stakeholder groups including Product Management, Finance, Treasury, Business Management, Operations and Risk Management to ensure alignment with OKRs, policy and targets.
  • Ensure understanding and identification of the risk attributes to various liquidity products covered and the client segments utilising the product.
  • Support the development of our product strategy and roadmap.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and coordinate on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilities including change management and new initiatives.
  • Collect and analyse metrics on product performance to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
  • Ensure risk & control frameworks are maintained and partner with stakeholders, providing guidance and analysis, helping identify and escalate issues/risks/dependencies, and facilitating communication across impacted teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate relevant experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team with product oversight.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; and the ability to digest complex information.
  • Creative problem solver, able to develop innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; with excellent attention to detail and Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics, related tools and data literacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level communications alongside proven ability to present findings in a concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High degree of initiative and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Emerging knowledge in Payments and Liquidity products.
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle.
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Demonstrated success interfacing with clients/stakeholders (external/internal).
