Hybrid working, 3 days office - London

Leading financial services client is looking for a Linux Platform Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role requires a strong focus on automation; the successful candidate should be passionate about automation and possess extensive experience in this area. The team is responsible for ensuring all project workloads are delivered according to plan.

Skills and Experience required:

• In-depth experience with RedHat
• Proficiency with Ansible and AWX
• Experience with RedHat Satellite
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, and Bash
• DevOps mindset, including CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts
• Knowledge of security hardening principles aligned with CIS industry benchmarks
• Project ownership experience, managing projects end-to-end
• Understanding of data security governance and regulations (GDPR and SOX)
